OUR WHITBY JET

We guarantee all our jewellery is made with genuine Whitby jet. We sign and date a certificate of authenticity with everything we produce. All our jet is collected locally along an 8 mile stretch of Yorkshire coastline and is found through natural coastal erosion. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK (including the channel islands) - Orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery at the cost of £4.50, estimated delivery time 1-2 working days*. Orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery at the the cost of £7.50, delivery guaranteed by 1pm next working day 

INTERNATIONAL - We use Royal Mail Internationally Signed For delivery to post our international orders. Cost is subject to geographical location. Estimated delivery time is 6-10 working days*. All taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

*Estimated delivery time from day of dispatch. Day of dispatch dependant on item being in stock. Custom made items will take longer to be dispatched.  

MAKING YOUR ORDER

All our stock is lovingly handmade in our studio workshop in Whitby, North Yorkshire. Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery it can take up to 14 days to make and dispatch items. It is our priority to get your item to you as fast as possible so dispatch is usually much quicker than 14 days.
